Shipping policy

Shipping Information

We offer FREE shipping across all of our products in the US. We recognise how critical it is for you to receive the products you requested as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please e-mail us at giftstomydear@gmail.com

Handling Time

We process all orders within 1-2 (Monday - Friday) business days.

Shipping & Transit Time

Please be patient with shipping times; due to great demand for our products, regular delivery times within the USA ranges from 7-14 days (Monday - Friday) after the item has been dispatched.

We ship with multiple shipping services including FEDEX, UPS, USPS, DHL.

All orders, once shipped, automatically send an email confirmation that your items have shipped to the email on file.

We do ask that all of our customers provide an email at checkout and have made this a mandatory field for that reason. In this email you will find a tracking code and link to track your package.

If for whatever reason you do not have tracking 2-3 days after you place your order please email us at giftstomydear@gmail.com and we will assist you in getting that tracking information.

Order Cut Off Time

All orders after 5pm will be shipped out the following day.

Missing Products

Not all items may ship in the same package.
If items in your order are shipped separately you will be provided multiple tracking numbers.

If for whatever reason an item is missing in your package please contact us via email at giftstomydear@gmail.com to confirm if all the items were in one package or if other packages are still in route to you with the missing items.

If our customer service representative discovers that there are no additional tracking numbers we will simply replace the missing items free of charge. A new tracking number will be provided for the missing items once they are shipped.
